A close friend of one of my best friend’s dad, Tom Brockman who was a pro shaper for Hobie and others, had shaped some boards for the family for many years. After designing and ordering a few customs from him, he gave me some guidance on shaping. Finally, 2008 he gave me his original 2003 Clark Foam planer, a box full of sure forms and rail tools, templates, and some notes on banding.

Ever since I have designed, shaped and glassed all of my surfboards. During some of the busy years I have sent boards out to local glass shops. Presently I shape boards for a few close friends, some select customs and a few rippers in the Newport Beach area and abroad. I focus on alternate designs with a hybrid feel.

Kulture surfboards are built to inspire. Whether you rip, cruise or are just starting out, be inspired to get out there and have fun.
